Right of revocation for consumers

Within the European Union we grant to our customers the right to revoke the sales contract within 14 days of receipt of the stock products pursuant to §§ 312 d, 355 BGB (German Civil Code). To observe this time limit, it shall suffice that revocation is mailed in due time. Revocation might be declared in written form or by using another durable data carrier, by email or simply by returning the goods. Revocation is to be directed to the following address:

The right to revoke or to return according to § 312 a para. 4 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code) cannot be claimed in case of “distance selling contracts on the delivery of goods that are made to customer’s specification or that are clearly tailored to individual needs (…).”

If revocation is declared in due time, you will no longer be bound to the contract with the company Tontopf/Buttonorder.com. The company Tontopf will refund the purchase price that has already been paid. You are merely obliged to return the merchandise. The merchandise has to be returned at the customer’s expense if the price of the merchandise that is to be returned does not exceed the amount of 40.00 Euro or, in case of a higher purchase price, if the merchandise has not yet been paid at the time of the revocation. If the price for the merchandise that is to be returned exceeds the amount of 40.00 Euro and the merchandise has already been paid at the time of the revocation, we shall refund the costs for the return consignment on receipt of the goods by bank transfer. Please see to it that the return consignment is stamped adequately and forwarded to the above-mentioned address. We can only accept your return, if the aforementioned requirements are complied with.
