That depends on your own choice! Standard orders needs about 8-12 working days. But we offer you a 4 day Express-Service or a 24 hours service with DHL Express (please get in contact with us for the shipping costs). The deadline for Express-orders is 12:00 o`clock AM. Machines and button parts will be send out if you order till 15.00 CET on the same day. The running time for a normal package all around europe will be 4 days.
We manufacture round buttons in the sizes 22mm, 25mm, 32mm, 37mm, 44mm, 56mm and 76mm. Rectangular button in the size 44x68mm and square button in the size 40x40mm. Please take a look in the area our products. There are all button examples presented.
You create your graphic and upload it as a JPG-file with maximum resolution, or as a PSD-file (Photoshop) or as a print PDF. Notice that you use 300dpi and the cmyk mode. You can create your file in a round or square shape, it does not matter. Generally every graphic will be examined before we start the production. We make your artwork matchable for our button sizes. Naturally you can send us perfect graphics. You calculate your price with your favoured amount for each graphic with our price table. For every additional graphic the price will be new calculated. You can check and test your price if you upload any graphic in our shopping cart. There you can enter your variations and volumes and our automatic calculator shows you directly the exact price.

You can change the volume of your order in the shopping cart piece by piece exactly. That means you can order for example 64 buttons or 825 buttons. The correct price will be keep actual if you make changes. We produce from 1 piece!!!

The shipping costs all over Europe are 9,90 EUR netto (11,78 EUR incl. TAX). The package is always with insurance. For DHL Express International (max 48h delivery) please contact us for your price, because that depends on weight!
The additional costs are 20% of the value of goods. If you choose this option in the shopping cart, this value will be viewed separately.
We have no minimum order volume. You can order any amount you want.
Because we deliver all over europe the only payment method is pre-payment. After you placed your order you will receive an email with all informations that you need to make the payment.
Yes, that is possible. But for this case the volume of your order should be larger than 4000 pieces. On smaller orders you can send us an example of your prefered color via letter. We figure out the right color at its best way in cmyk-mode. If you have a black and white picture you can choose between 19 different paper colors and additional gold and silver papers. Ask us!
